       Senator Pizzo moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    3         Delete lines 21 - 50
    4  and insert:
    5         (6)A deposition may not be taken of a victim under 18
    6  years of age in a sexual offense case or of a victim who has an
    7  intellectual disability without the presence of a circuit judge,
    8  a judicial magistrate, a certified circuit court mediator, or
    9  other magistrate officer appointed by the court.

   13         Delete lines 3 - 7
   14  and insert:
   15         92.55, F.S.; prohibiting the taking of depositions of
   16         certain victims without the presence of a specified
