House . . . . . ————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————— ————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————— Senator Davis moved the following: 1 Senate Amendment 2 3 Delete lines 1789 - 1793 4 and insert: 5 1.a. By nonforwardable, return-if-undeliverable mail to the 6 voter’selector’scurrent mailing address on file with the 7 supervisor or any other address the voterelectorspecifies in 8 the request. The envelope must be prominently marked “Do Not 9 Forward.” 10 b. By forwardable mail, e-mail, or facsimile machine 11 transmission to voters who request a vote-by-mail ballot and 12 require assistance to vote by reason of blindness or other 13 disability. The voter may designate in the vote-by-mail ballot 14 request his or her preferred method of transmission. If the 15 voter does not designate the method of transmission, the vote 16 by-mail ballot must be mailed.
