Summary

Cites this act as the "Support Our Law Enforcement and Safe Neighborhoods Act." Provides for construction and implementation of provisions. Prohibits state or local government policies that limit or restrict the enforcement of federal immigration laws to less than the full extent permitted by federal law. Requires that a law enforcement officer determine a person's immigration status when there is reasonable suspicion that the person is an alien who is unlawfully present in the United States, etc.
