Providing for the provision of services for medically complex children; providing requirements for a child protection team that evaluates a report of medical neglect and assesses the health care needs of a medically complex child; requiring the Department of Children and Families to work with the Department of Health and the Agency for Health Care Administration to care for medically complex children; allowing the Department of Children and Families to place children in a medical foster home; allowing the Department of Children and Families to place children in a medical foster home, etc.
