| 11 | Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: |

| 13 | Section 1. Sections 555.01, 555.02, 555.03, 555.04, |
| 14 | 555.05, 555.07, and 555.08, Florida Statutes, are repealed. |
| 15 | Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2010. |
