    1                        A bill to be entitled                      
    2         An act relating to motorcycle specialty license plate
    3         taxes and fees; creating s. 320.08781, F.S.;
    4         establishing taxes and fees for a certain motorcycle
    5         specialty license plate; providing a contingent
    6         effective date.

    8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
    9  
   10         Section 1. Section 320.08781, Florida Statutes, is created
   11  to read:
   12         320.08781 Blue Angels motorcycle specialty license plate
   13  taxes and fees.—The following motorcycle specialty license plate
   14  taxes and fees shall be collected for the Blue Angels motorcycle
   15  specialty license plate:
   16         (1) The license tax required under s. 320.08.
   17         (2) A license plate fee as required by s. 320.06(1)(b).
   18         (3) A processing fee of $2.
   19         (4) A license plate annual use fee of $20.
   20         Section 2. This act shall take effect on the same date that
   21  SB ____ or similar legislation takes effect, if such legislation
   22  is adopted in the same legislative session or an extension
   23  thereof and becomes a law.
