10 SB 407 floor amend 2

ADOPTED

Senators Unterman of the 45th, Harp of the 29th and Murphy of the 27th offered the following amendment:

Amend by adding the following new paragraph as Section #2 at line 249 and renumbering Section #2 as #3 of the Senate Substitute (LC 28 5167S ) to SB 407

Any insurance policy for health care sold in Georgia under the provisions of this statute shall comply with all mandates of coverage required by Georgia Law, except service provided by athletic trainer pursuant to 33-24-27.2.
