Summary
Requires the Department of Human Services to establish a neighbor islands blind and visually impaired service pilot program that provides training and other services to blind or visually impaired individuals residing on the neighbor islands. Requires the department to report to the Legislature before the Regular Session of 2025. Appropriates funds. Effective 7/1/2050. Repeals 6/30/2025. (SD2)
