AMENDMENT TO:			H.B. No. 1336 H.D. 2, RELATING TO CRIMINAL JUSTICE REFORM

     SECTION 1.  House Bill No. 1336, HD2, is amended as follows:

1.   Inserting a new section on after section 11 on page 22 to amend HRS §804.9.5 relating to unsecured bail; and

2.   Amending the section numbers after the new insertion of section 12 to proceed accordingly.
