term
“sex
act”

activity”

sexual
contact
by
a
finger
or
hand
of
one
person

and
the
breast
of
another
person
except
during
the
course
of
a

legitimate
medical
examination.

bill,
by
expanding
the
definition
of
“sex
act”
and

“sexual
activity”,
also
expands
the
definition
of
numerous

criminal
offenses,
including
but
not
limited
to
sexual

abuse

lascivious
acts
with
a
child

indecent
exposure

exploitation
by
a
counselor,
