used

an

reference
by
a
person
in
a
decision
concerning
a

disputed
issue
of
law,
or
for
the
interpretation
of
Iowa
law,

Iowa
administrative
rules,
or
the
principles
of
insurance
law.

inclusion
of
this
explanation
does
not
constitute
