| 1 | AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 224

| 2 | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 224 on page 8, by | ||||||
| 3 | replacing line 13 with the following: | ||||||
| 4 | "(3) a rescue vehicle; (4) a taxicab; (5) a limousine; or (6) a | ||||||
| 5 | transportation network company driver vehicle."; and

| 6 | on page 16, by inserting immediately below line 16 the | ||||||
| 7 | following: | ||||||
| 8 | "(17) "Transportation network company driver" has the | ||||||
| 9 | meaning ascribed to it in the
