AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 610
AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 610, AS AMENDED,
with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No.
1, on page 248, by replacing lines 11 through 14 with the
following:
"(3) enter into a project labor agreement with the
applicable local building trades council before the
commencement of any of the following activities related to
the project: demolition; construction; rehabilitation;
maintenance; or renovation; the project labor agreement
shall remain in effect throughout any relevant incentive
period;".
