AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 2394
AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 2394 on page 24,
line 23, by replacing "regular registered or certified" with
"registered or certified"; and
on page 24, line 25, after "record", by inserting "or, if in
the course of the administrative proceeding the party has
previously designated a specific email address at which to
accept electronic service for that specific proceeding, by
sending a copy by email to an email address on record".
