AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 5428
AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 5428 on page 43,
line 25, by replacing "rules" with "regulations"; and
on page 86, by replacing lines 2 through 6 with the following:
"of such transfer, written notice sent by first-class
certified mail, return receipt requested, to the mortgagor at
the address of the property, unless the mortgagor shall have
directed correspondence from the mortgagee shall be sent to
another address, which notice shall set forth: the name and";
and
on page 121, line 21, by replacing "rules" with "regulations";
and
by replacing line 24 on page 121 through line 1 on page 122
with the following:
"compliance with this Section.
