| 3 | | line 8, by replacing "2018" with "2019"; and

| 4 | | on page 1, line 11, by replacing "tuition costs" with |
| 5 | | "unreimbursed tuition costs"; and

| 6 | | on page 2, by replacing lines 1 through 6 with the following: |
| 7 | | "(c) As used in this Section, "qualified teacher" means an |
| 8 | | individual who (i) graduated from a public university in the |
| 9 | | State, (ii) is first employed as a public school teacher after |
| 10 | | December 31, 2018, and (iii) has been employed as a public |
| 11 | | school teacher in the State for at least 5 consecutive years.".
