Bill Title: Amends the Department of Central Management Services Law of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois. Provides that the Department of Central Management Services in coordination with the various Departments of State government shall review the application procedures by which State services are provided in an effort to streamline procedures, improve efficiency, and eliminate unnecessary forms and paperwork from the application process by 2023. Provides for the adoption of rules. Effective immediately.
