Bill Title: Amends the State Officials and Employees Ethics Act. Provides that no former member of the General Assembly shall, within a period of 2 years immediately following the end of his or her term of office in the General Assembly, engage in lobbying or any other activity that would require registration under the Lobbyist Registration Act.
