Bill Title: Amends the Smoke Free Illinois Act. Provides that no person shall smoke within 15 feet of any entrance to an enclosed or partially enclosed youth sporting event. Provides that no person shall smoke within 250 feet of the field of play, including areas for spectators and participants, at a youth sporting event held in an outdoor setting. Defines "youth sporting event" as an event where all players are under the age of 18 and the event is sponsored and supervised by a public body or a not-for-profit entity.
