Bill Title: Amends the Permanent Noise Monitoring Act. Provides that "noise annoyance levels" means levels derived from data compiled using the noise annoyance protocol proposed by members of the International Commission on Biological Effects of Noise and adopted by ISO TS 15666. Provides that the cited document is incorporated into the Act by reference. Makes a conforming change.
