Bill Title: Amends the Video Gaming Act. Provides that "licensed establishment" includes the premises of any craft distiller licensee under the Liquor Control Act of 1934 where alcoholic liquor is drawn, poured, mixed, or otherwise served for consumption on the premises. Effective immediately.
