Bill Title: Amends the Senior Citizens and Disabled Persons Property Tax Relief and Pharmaceutical Assistance Act. Provides that for the 2011 claim year and each claim year thereafter, if a person files a claim for a grant or pharmaceutical assistance under the Act and represents on the claim form that (i) he or she is a surviving spouse and (ii) his or her marital status is "single", then only his or her individual income for the applicable year shall be counted in determining his or her eligibility for a grant or pharmaceutical assistance. Effective immediately.
