Bill Title: Creates the Student Loan Estimated Monthly Payment Act. Provides that at the time a student enters into a loan agreement with a lender to pay for the costs of attending an institution of higher education, the lender shall provide the student with a statement estimating the monthly payments that must be made by the student in order to repay the loan. Requires the Illinois Student Assistance Commission to administer and enforce the Act as it deems necessary and adopt rules to implement the Act.
