Bill Title: Amends the Accident and Health Article of the Illinois Insurance Code. Provides that notwithstanding any provision to the contrary, an individual or group policy of accident and health insurance amended, delivered, issued, or renewed in this State on or after the effective date of the amendatory Act shall provide coverage of specified health benefits for individuals at least 55 years of age but no more than 65 years of age.
