1		AN ACT concerning transportation.
2		Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3		represented in the General Assembly:
4		Section 5. The Illinois Vehicle Code is amended by adding
5		Section 2-127.5 as follows:
6		(625 ILCS 5/2-127.5 new)
7		Sec. 2-127.5. Literacy and English as a second language
8		classes. At Secretary of State Driver Service facilities, the
9		Secretary shall provide a pamphlet or post information
10		informing customers of the availability of literacy and English
11		as a second language classes. The Secretary may satisfy this
12		requirement by providing the Internet address of a
13		not-for-profit entity offering this information.
