| 1 | | AN ACT concerning transportation.
|
| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |
| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly:
|
| 4 | | Section 5. The Illinois Aeronautics Act is amended by |
| 5 | | changing Section 15 as follows:
|
| 6 | | (620 ILCS 5/15) (from Ch. 15 1/2, par. 22.15)
|
| 7 | | Sec. 15.
"Aeronautics instructor" means any individual |
| 8 | | engaged in giving
instruction, or offering to give |
| 9 | | instruction, in aeronautics, either in
flying or ground |
| 10 | | subjects, or both, for hire or reward, without advertising
|
| 11 | | such occupation, without calling his facilities an "air |
| 12 | | school" or
anything
equivalent thereto, and
and without |
| 13 | | employing or using other instructors. It
does not include any |
| 14 | | instructor in any public school or university of this
State, |
| 15 | | or any institution of higher learning duly accredited and |
| 16 | | approved
for carrying on collegiate work, while engaged in his |
| 17 | | duties as such
instructor. |
