1		AN ACT concerning employment.
2		Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3		represented in the General Assembly:
4		Section 5. The Personnel Record Review Act is amended by
5		changing Section 11 as follows:
6		(820 ILCS 40/11) (from Ch. 48, par. 2011)
7		Sec. 11. This Act shall not be construed to diminish a
8		right of access to records already otherwise provided by law,
9		provided that disclosure of performance evaluations under the
10		Freedom of Information Act shall be prohibited.
