1 AN ACT concerning regulation.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Illinois Insurance Code is amended by adding
5Section 355c as follows:
6 (215 ILCS 5/355c new)
7 Sec. 355c. Inclusion in provider directory until the end of
8the contract. An insurer may not remove a provider from their
9provider directory until the last day of the end date of the
10original contract between the insurer and the provider.
