AN ACT concerning regulation.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Illinois Insurance Code is amended by adding
Section 355c as follows:
(215 ILCS 5/355c new)
Sec. 355c. Inclusion in provider directory until the end of
the contract. An insurer may not remove a provider from their
provider directory until the last day of the end date of the
original contract between the insurer and the provider.
