| AN ACT concerning public aid.
|

| Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
|
| 3 |
| represented in the General Assembly:
|

| Section 5. The Illinois Public Aid Code is amended by |
| 5 |
| changing Section 3-6 as follows:
|
| 6 |
| (305 ILCS 5/3-6) (from Ch. 23, par. 3-6)
|
| 7 |
| Sec. 3-6. Entitlement to medical assistance.
|
| 8 |
| Persons qualified for for financial aid for basic |
| 9 |
| maintenance shall be
entitled to receive, under Article V, all |
| 10 |
| necessary medical assistance.
