Bill Title: Amends the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity Law of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois. Creates the Task Force on Interjurisdictional Industrial Zoning Impacts to study State and local zoning laws and policies related to large industrial developments. Sets forth the membership of the Task Force. Effective immediately.

AN ACT concerning local government.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Volunteer Emergency Worker Job Protection
Act is amended by changing Section 1 as follows:

Sec. 1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the the
Volunteer Emergency Worker Job Protection Act.
