| 3 | | on page 2, line 13, by replacing "5%" with "3%"; and

| 4 | | on page 5, line 12, after "business", by inserting ", and |
| 5 | | control shall not include simple majority or absentee |
| 6 | | ownership"; and

| 7 | | on page 7, by replacing lines 2 through 5 with the following:

| 8 | | "venture, association, or cooperative, that has average annual |
| 9 | | gross sales over the 3 most recent calendar years of less than |
| 10 | | $75,000,000 as evidenced by the federal income tax returns of |
| 11 | | the business.".
