| 5 | IN ACCEPTANCE OF GOVERNOR'S RECOMMENDATIONS | ||||||
| 6 | Amend Senate Bill 1744 on page 41, by replacing lines 23 | ||||||
| 7 | and 24 with the following:
| ||||||
| 8 | "Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, | ||||||
| 9 | 2012.".
