| 2 | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened | ||||||
| 3 | to learn of the death of Barbara Ann "Barb" Eilken O'Toole, who | ||||||
| 4 | passed away on August 20, 2023; and
| ||||||
| 5 | WHEREAS, Barb O'Toole was born to Leroy and Shirley Eilken | ||||||
| 6 | in Des Plaines on April 27, 1962; and
| ||||||
| 7 | WHEREAS, Barb O'Toole worked in numerous different | ||||||
| 8 | professions; and
| ||||||
| 9 | WHEREAS, Barb O'Toole was a mother, grandmother, and | ||||||
| 10 | friend whose family meant everything to her; she will be | ||||||
| 11 | remembered for always putting others before herself and | ||||||
| 12 | serving as a voice of reason; and
| ||||||
| 13 | WHEREAS, Barbara O'Toole was preceded in death by her | ||||||
| 14 | parents; and
| ||||||
| 15 | WHEREAS, Barbara O'Toole was the wife of Christopher | ||||||
| 16 | O'Toole for 35 years; the mother of Ericka (Josh), Kyle | ||||||
| 17 | (Meghan), Brianna (Brian), and Brooke; the grandmother of | ||||||
| 18 | Dakota, Tyler, Dane, and Kinsley; and the sister of Gerry, | ||||||
| 19 | Randy, Linda, Kevin, and Scott; therefore, be it

| 1 | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDRED THIRD GENERAL | ||||||
| 2 | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of

| 3 | Barbara Ann "Barb" Eilken O'Toole and extend our sincere
| ||||||
| 4 | condolences to her family, friends, and all who knew and loved
| ||||||
| 5 | her; and be it further
