4 | passed away on October 23, 2023; and

5 | WHEREAS, JoAnne Romano was born on November 5, 1933; and
| ||||||
6 | WHEREAS, JoAnne Romano played a big part in the success of | ||||||
7 | Romano's Restaurant in Des Plaines for over 40 years; and
| ||||||
8 | WHEREAS, JoAnne Romano was the wife of the late Paul A. | ||||||
9 | Romano for 63 years and the mother of Thomas Michael, Cheryl | ||||||
10 | Lynn, and Paul Anthony (Sandra Lynn) Jr.; and
| ||||||
11 | WHEREAS, JoAnne Romano was the grandmother of Stephanie | ||||||
12 | Marie, Stacy (Jeremy) Lynn, Oscar Anthony, Nikki Sofia, | ||||||
13 | Nicholas Paul, and Alyssa (Nicholas) Susan; and

14 | WHEREAS, JoAnne Romano was the great-grandmother of Finley | ||||||
15 | Lynn and Russell Paul; and
