Summary

Carrying of handgun in church. Allows a person who may legally possess a firearm to possess a firearm while attending a: (1) course of instruction; (2) religious ceremony; or (3) worship service; at a house of worship located on school property, if the person is authorized to provide security services for the house of worship.
