SECTION 1. IC 20-40-8-10.5 IS ADDED TO THE INDIANA
CODE AS A
NEW SECTION TO READ AS FOLLOWS
[EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2013]:
Sec. 10.5. Money in the fund may be
used to pay for contracted services, such as custodial services,
maintenance services, snow removal, trash removal, mowing and
lawn services, and pest control services.
