Bill Title: House Substitute for SB 347 by Committee on Commerce, Labor and Economic Development - Enacting the attracting powerful economic expansion act to provide for tax and other incentives to attract projects in specified industries, or for national corporate headquarters, that involve a capital investment of at least $1,000,000,000, providing for a reduction in the Kansas corporate income rate triggered by the first agreement under the act, limiting the number of agreements and requiring state finance council approval of agreements.
