Amend KRS 156.502 to include a definition of "medication" and "sunscreen"; require local boards of education to adopt policy allowing students to carry and self-administer sunscreen and permit teachers to voluntarily assist with application; include voluntarily assisting with the application of sunscreen in liability protection for teachers.
