Summary
Direct the Cabinet for Health and Family Services to increase Medicaid reimbursement rates by 10%; require at least 75% of the rate increase to be used by providers to increase wages for hourly-wage staff; require the cabinet to provide the Legislative Research Commission with an analysis of wage increase by October 1, 2024; require the cabinet or Department for Medicaid Services to seek federal authorization for a waiver if necessary.
