An Act Further Defining Low and Moderate income housing.
Be
it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court
assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 20 of chapter 40B of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2000 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “organization” in line 9 the following:— said housing shall include units in inclusionary zoning whether rental or ownership units.
