An Act relative to certain historic sites.

                Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

            Chapter 231 of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting after section 85AA the following section:-

Section 85BB.  Any trustee, member, agent or other representative of a non-profit, private historical preservation organization shall not be liable for any acts or omissions resulting from ownership, control or operation of any property of the organization.
