In the Year Two Thousand and Nine

An Act relative to automatic sprinklers.

                Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

            Section 1 Section 26I of Chapter 148 of the General Laws, as appearing in 2 the 2000 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding the 3 following sentence:— 4 Such sprinklers or systems shall be inspected not more than once 5 annually by the fire department
