An Act to Increase the Medical Exemption for Taxpayers.
Be
it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court
assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Subsection (4) of subparagraph (b) of paragraph (B) of section 3 of chapter 62 of the general laws, as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in lines 237 through 238, the words “; provided, however, that” and inserting in place thereof the word:-
“regardless of whether”
