In the Year Two Thousand and Nine

An Act further regulating the conduct of auctioneers.

                Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Section 9 of chapter 100 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 1996 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding the following clause: —
(h) add a buyers premium or other like charge to the winning bid.
