An Act relative to increasing veterans benefits.
Be
it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court
assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the stipend provided to certified veterans at the time of retirement, provided they are fully vested in the retirement system shall be increased from three hundred dollars to six hundred dollars.
