An Act relative to child support payments.

                Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1.  The 10^th paragraph of section 32 of chapter 121B of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding the following sentence:-

The department of revenue shall, upon request, provide the housing authority with verification of the applicant’s  or tenant’s receipt or payment of child support.
