In the Year Two Thousand and Nine

An Act relative to deer hunting.

                Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1.  Chapter 131 of the General Laws, as so appearing in the 2006 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after section 57 the following section:—
Section 57A. Notwithstanding section 57, the director shall establish rules and regulations providing for an annual two day deer hunt on the Saturday and Sunday immediately following Thanksgiving Day.
