In the Year Two Thousand and Nine

An Act relative to housing authority employees.

                Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

            SECTION 1: An employee of a housing authority who transfers to another department within the same municipality as said housing authority, shall receive full creditable service for all time worked at said housing authority.

            SECTION 2: The provisions of this act shall take effect upon passage
