An Act Extending Creditable Service for Peace Corps Service .
Be
it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court
assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 1. Subsection (r) of section 4 of chapter 32 of the general laws is hereby amended in line 372 by inserting after the words “public school guidance counselor,” the following;- or faculty member, professional employee or librarian employed by the system of public institutions of higher education as defined in section 5 of chapter 15Aof the general laws.
