An Act relative to handicapped parking access.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Notwithstanding and other law or regu lation to the contrary, the Registry of Motor Vehicles is hereby authorized and directed to promulgate a regulation regarding the furnishing of license plates and placards displaying the "International Symbol of Access" to persons diagnosed with Acromesami lik Skeletal Dysplasia . Said regulation shall provide that the Registry may grant such plates and placards to said persons on a case by case basis.
